Trust your intuition.. trust yourself

How many times have we doubted ourselves? That first instinct, gut feeling, "je ne sais quoi", that we instantly

-and without thinking about it-comes to us?

We have been taught to ignore it... potentially even called crazy.

Well, let me tell you it is not craziness... that is called Intuition, psychic messages, premonitions, potentially being any of the "clair senses":

1. Clairvoyant: The ability to see visions of the past, present, or future. Clairvoyance can be broken down into three types: precognition, retrocognition, and remote viewing.

2. Clairaudient: The ability to hear words, sounds, or music in your mind.

3. Clairsentient: The ability to feel a person's emotions or physical pain. Or receive messages throught feelings

4. Clairalient: The ability to smell scents that are not physically present.

5. Claircognizant: A psychic gift.

6. Clairgustant: The ability to taste foods.

   
   

People receive psychic information in different ways, and not everyone has the same clair senses. You might have one that is predominant which might be related to your way of "receiving and interacting with the world"...your representational system.

And what for I've brought this up... nothing more and nothing less than to share my experience with discovering, accepting and developing these clair senses myself.

My main one are clairvoyant and clairsentient ...and in minor degree clairaudient. Yes... that is right, in addition with my empathetic (Empath) nature these openness helps me greatly when doing any of my sessions as I not only use Reiki, bowls, bells and do masage/reflexology... I open my channels for the benefit of the client, sharing messages I receive as means of questions given that the visions/words/feelings never make sense to me... I am just the conduit.

My latest learning: doing a remote Healing session, the message is deeper than what the client "thinks" they need... I get to the core, to the depths of what the client needs at a higher consciousness level.
