Hello, my name is Fabiola, born and raised in Mexico City, moved to Toronto 2003
White collar by day, white witch by night!
After a long time of being numb to my own body, stuck on a narcissist/empath quasi relationship, lack of self-love and respect; finally, I hit rock bottom, and the only way was up from there.
All came to light Dec 2015 when I attended a workshop for Chakra Balancing... and on top of having the best night sleep in over 15 years, my spiritual journey and self-knowledge began. Met an amazing hypnotherapist that helped me remove so many layers of baggage.
Trials and errors, 4 miscarriages, several relation/situation ships and 5 years of inner work later, in 2020 I formally started studies at the Transformational Arts College (TAC) in Toronto to become a Holistic Health Practitioner and give back to those who seek support the way I did.

In 2023 I certified for Neurolinguistics Programming, Hypnosis and Time Line Therapy (TM) coach.
And as a lifelong student, I continue taking courses for different modalities or deepen the knowledge of the human mind, body, energy and soul to better support those I serve.
